Before moving into technology, I worked in experiential education, guiding groups through unpredictable environments around the globe. It was a crash course in leadership, empathy, perserverence and adaptability.

That background gave me a different perspective on Solution Engineering. I seek to connect with our clients, understand their business, their goals, and how our tools are going to get them there.

By simplifying the technical and building a foundation of trust, I help teams focus on what matters: creating connection and demonstrating value.
